1: Where are you based?

50 Potters Lane, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, MK11 3HQ. We're about 10 minutes from central Milton Keynes (even in traffic). Easy to get to, easy to park.

2: how much is hōm?

It really depends on what you need. We're not a one-size-fits-all gym - everything is tailored around you. The best way to get an accurate answer is to have a quick chat so we can understand your goals, and point you in the right direction.

3: How soon can i expect results?

Most people start feeling better within the first few weeks - more energy, better sleep, feeling stronger... Visible changes usually follows shortly after, depending on your consistency. The goal isn't quick fixes, it's results that actually last.
